Position: Administrative Manager

Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Supervise day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure a well-maintained and organized work environment.
Scheduling:
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for Management.
Correspondence:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications.
- Draft and edit correspondence and reports.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update records and databases.
Supply Management:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Manage procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
Staff Support:
- Assist staff with administrative needs.
- Handle vacancy adverts, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Arrange travel arrangements for the Management team.
Event Planning:
- Organize and coordinate events or meetings.
- Act as Secretary at company meetings.
Communication:
- Facilitate internal communication within the organization.
Policy Implementation:
- Implement and enforce organizational policies.
Problem Solving:
- Address administrative issues and resolve problems.
Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize office software and technology effectively.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other departments.
Adaptability:
- Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Confidentiality:
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Reporting:
- Generate and present reports as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
Salary:
- N200,000 Monthly.
