- Full fat yogurt
- Full fat cheeses
- Full fat ice cream

Saturated fats
Studies have it that saturated fat has been linked to heart disease although, its association with prostate cancer is still somewhat tentative.
However, new studies have found a link between the intake of saturated fats and risk for advanced prostate cancer.
While more evidences are required to confirm this funding, it is important to reduce one’s intake of saturated fats which may benefit their prostate and the overall health because it creates more room for fibre nutrient dense plants.
In order to reduce saturated fats, reduce the intake of the following food
- Dairy product

- Processed food
- Baked foods

You should avoid every sexual activity as much as possible is the best way to care for your prostate in the other years.
