- Friction with the oil. In a double boiler, heat for three hours using about 100 grams of the flower heads in a half a liter of olive oil. Strain the mixture and store in a bottle.
- For nose, eye and anal washing, use more concentrated infusion which may be up to 40 to 50 grams of flower heads in a liter of water. Allow steeping for 20 minutes and ensure you strain it well before usage.
