How to prepare guava leaf tea with honey

To prepare the guava leaf tea with honey is simple. If you want to prepare guava leaf tea, it is better you use fresh guava leaves. Therefore, I recommend you use fresh guava leaves.

This is because fresh guava leaves contain all the necessary nutrients including the dietary water that is present in guava leaves.

• I recommend you use at least 15 fresh guava leaves. I also recommend that you wash the guava leaves with running water before use.
• Wash the guava leaves and place them in a boiling pot. Add one liter of water into the boiling pot. Then place the pot on heat and boil for about 15-20 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the boiling pot from heat. After removing the guava leaves decoction from heat, leave it to cool down to room temperature. When the guava leaf tea cooled down to room temperature, use a fine strainer and strain the tea into another clean container.
• Then, measure out ½(half) glass tumbler of it and add 2-3 tablespoons of pure organic honey to guava leaf tea that you just strain. If you want to use it, divide the one-liter guava leaf tea into two halves. Drink the first half in the morning and the other one before going to bed.
