  4. Avoid chocolate, fish, eggs and other allergic foods
  5. Do not eat ice-cream or cold liquids because cold can shock the bronchial tubes into a spams
  6. Drink enough water
  7. Reduce stress, avoid worry and fear
  8. Get a good vacuum cleaner and make sure you get rid of the dust and dust mites in your bed, rugs, cushions and floor
  9. No dogs, cats or furry animals
